Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the Garnet Health Doctors Executive Director, the physician employment enterprise, and the leaders and staff therein by providing physician recruitment, retention, and on –boarding at Garnet Health Doctors.  This individual will work to identify and recruit physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, as directed, to meet physician program needs as identified by the Executive Director and other Garnet Health Doctors Leaders.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline

 

Minimum Experience: A collaboration minimum of 5 years experience in physician recruiting, physician practice management, human resources, or a combination thereof. An expert level of knowledge in full physician recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence. Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system. Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership. Knowledge of physician office practice operations. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selections.

Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment. Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking. Ability to lift 10 lbs.
• Mental Demands: Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks. Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility. Ability to multi-task. Required detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled. Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations. May be subject to irregular hours including evenings or potentially weekends to participate in operational and community events as necessary.
